The Red Devils

Malaysia Airlines has unveiled their new Manchester United livery, combining the Malaysian flag with the football club’s iconic red. Now going into the Post-Season Tour, the unique aircraft will carry the First Team across Asia.

This service started on 26 May with the team being specially chartered from Manchester to Kuala Lumpur. The team will next be travelling with the carrier for their upcoming match in Hong Kong on 30 May.

Dersenish Aresandiran, Chief Commercial Officer of Airlines from Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), has said:

“We are thrilled to support Manchester United for their Post-Season Tour and to showcase this unique livery that celebrates our role as a connector of people, cultures, and passions. As the gateway to Asia and beyond, we are proud to fly the team and their fans closer across the region. This collaboration reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation as we connect communities and inspire shared experiences around the world. We look forward to creating more lasting memories through meaningful partnerships that bring people together.”

Through a love for the game, Manchester United’s Post-Season Tour has brought together thousands of football fans from around the world. This demonstrates how significantly travel and sport remained tied together, with global communities connected through a shared passion.

Off the pitch, Malaysia Airlines has engaged with fans and further boosted their experiences. The carrier provides interactive games and photo opportunities outside the stadium, alongside an exclusive social media giveaway that offers the chance to be part of the exciting match.
