Love at Emirates: Most Romantic Destinations for African Travellers

Love is in the air at Emirates as they invite couples across Africa to experience their love escape at new heights. Passengers can enjoy themed menus in lounges and a curated selection of romance films and music on Emirates ice, making this year’s Valentine’s one to remember. From March 1, travellers can choose from four daily flights from the destinations listed.

Romantic Destinations available for African Travellers

From taking strolls along the canals of Venice, perusing around Paris or relaxing on the beaches of the Maldives, Emirates connects travellers from Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Nairobi through Dubai to create a romantic getaway for these travellers. Emirates expands their network and frequent flights, creating ease for couples to plan their trips. This offers opportunities for multi-destination memories or a 24 to 48-hour stopover, which can be used to enjoy what many of these cities have to offer.

The countries that will be available for travellers across Africa are Paris to Venice, the Maldives to Dubai, creating opportunities for Johannesburg couples to explore additional destinations. Emirates states connections are made convenient, elevating onboard experiences and extra details to make the trip as special as the destination.

Love-themed additions: Valentines day at Emirates

Onboard fixtures, to create the ambience of love include: On Valentines day, red mood lighting, sweet treats and gift boxes. First class customers will be welcomed onboard with a glass of Dom Perignon Rose 2009. Business class will be poured glasses of Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial. Emirates have also recently announced $2.4 million in cabin upgrades and aircraft deployments in procession of their Valentines package. 

Themed menus can be enjoyed in lounges worldwide and a curated selection of romance films and music on Emirates ice, will ensure the journey is one of a kind. Emirates is also now offering generous baggage allowances and pushing their Skywards rewards; like celebratory cake, surprise upgrades, and personalised service.

Emirates is amping up their fixtures this Valentines to make flights this Valentines day one to remember.
