Luxembourg-based Jetfly Group has announced a sweeping rebrand across all its subsidiaries, introducing a unified identity aimed at strengthening its position in the European business aviation market.
Streamlined Structure Across AOCs and Charter Operations
At the centre of the changes, Jetfly Aviation will continue to represent the group’s fractional ownership services, a model where multiple customers share access to the same aircraft, under its Luxembourg air operator’s certificate (AOC).
The restructuring also affects the Fly 7 entities. Fly 7 Finland holds an AOC and oversees operations for Switzerland-based Fly 7 Executive Aviation, which operates under its own certificate.
Under the rebrand, Fly 7 Finland will become Jetfly Management, while Fly 7 Executive Aviation will be renamed Jetfly Aviation Switzerland. Charter operations across both AOCs will be brought together under a single platform, Jetfly On-Demand.

Unified Branding Across Training, Maintenance, and Brokerage
The rebrand also extends to the group’s support services. Fly 7 Training will be renamed Jetfly Training, while Jetfly Technik and Jetfly Technik Suisse will be combined under Jetfly Technics.
Aircraft brokerage firm myLittlePlane, which provides aircraft sales and advisory services, will be rebranded as Jetfly Trading. Digital charter booking platform CaptainJet will retain its existing branding, with no reason disclosed by the company.
