Hawaiian Airlines : Seasonal Auckland-Honolulu Service

Hawaiian Airlines has restarted its seasonal Auckland-Honolulu service, reconnecting New Zealand and Hawai‘i for tropical holidays and onward travel. Over 200 passengers joined the inaugural flight, HA446, and received fresh orchid lei upon arriving in Honolulu.

“Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the return of this service was a success,” said Russell Williss, country director for New Zealand at Hawaiian Airlines.

 

Seasonal Auckland-Honolulu Service Offer Convenient Travel

The airline will operate through April 30, 2025, with three flights each week. HA445 departs Honolulu on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1:05 p.m. and lands in Auckland at 9:20 p.m. the next day. HA446 takes off from Auckland on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. and touches down in Honolulu at 9:15 a.m. These Auckland-Honolulu flights provide a convenient schedule for exploring O‘ahu or connecting to Neighbor Island destinations.

Enhanced Travel Features on Auckland-Honolulu Flights

Hawaiian Airlines enhances the journey with complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi on its Airbus A330 aircraft. The route also offers seamless Pacific travel connections, linking Kiwi travelers to over 140 destinations through Hawaiian and Alaska Airlines’ networks.

Since 2013, Hawaiian Airlines has strengthened the cultural and community ties between Auckland and Honolulu . The route celebrates the shared heritage of Hawai‘i and New Zealand, offering travelers a unique and memorable experience.
