Pakistan’s Heart of Culture, Energy and Business: Peshawar

This addition to the new destination makes Peshawar Etihad the fourth stop in Pakistan, following Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore. Peshawar is a city filled with culture, history, and energy, making it an ideal destination for business travellers and tourists. Travellers can visit the Peshawar Museum, the Mahabat Khan Mosque, the famous Qissa Khawani Bazaar, and more.

Etihad Airways will use its new Airbus A320 family aircraft, featuring 8 business class seats and 150 economy seats, while offering passengers the prestigious Etihad Airways onboard service. The airline will commence operations with five daily flights starting on November 22, 2025.

The CEO of Etihad Airways, Antonoaldo Neves, stated:

We are thrilled to further expand our presence in Pakistan with the launch of our daily service between Abu Dhabi and Peshawar. This new route reflects our commitment to providing vital connectivity for travellers between Pakistan and the Gulf, Africa, Europe, and North America. In addition to new flights to Peshawar, we are boosting our frequency to Karachi to 17 flights a week from 1 October.

More Flights, More Destinations

The new Peshawar route is one of the 16 new destinations that the airline will launch in 2025. New destinations contain popular cities such as Tunis, Prague, Addis Ababa, Warsaw, and Atlanta.

Additionally, the airline is increasing flights to major European destinations, including Zurich, Manchester, Frankfurt, Madrid, Paris, and Milan. Etihad Airways is making it easier to travel the world with new Peshawar flights and more options.
