The world’s largest international airline, Emirates, is attending the International Paris Airshow after a 15-year halt. Emirates returns to the Paris Airshow with its newest aircraft – the Airbus A350 – at the 55th edition of the Airshow until June 19. The airline’s return to the Paris Airshow shows that the company’s continued investment in the aircraft supply chain in Europe and its efforts to improve the experience throughout its expanding worldwide network.

Emirates returns to the Paris Airshow with A350

The A350, part of the airline’s most recent fleet expansion, has next-generation business class, premium economy, and enhanced economy class cabins. The aircraft has current in-flight entertainment, enhanced ergonomics, larger aisles, and quicker onboard Wi-Fi.

The Emirates A350 on exhibit has three large cabin classes: 32 next-generation Business Class lie-flat seats, 21 Premium Economy seats, and 259 generously pitched Economy Class seats.

The A350’s technological enhancements include quicker onboard Wi-Fi and Emirates’ next-generation ICE entertainment system, which has bigger HD displays. The aircraft also has larger ceilings, broader aisles, and enhanced lighting to improve the sensation of spaciousness and comfort. Furthermore, quieter engine technology and better air quality systems contribute to a more enjoyable flight experience. The A350 is designed to be fuel-efficient and have a low environmental impact, helping Emirates achieve its sustainability goals.

Emirates returns to the Paris Airshow and has received seven A350s, with another 58 on order. By the end of the year, the Airbus A350 is anticipated to fly to 17 locations across the world.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, said

“We’re pleased to be at the Paris Airshow, showcasing the very best of air travel on one of the most important platforms in the aerospace exhibition calendar. Coming back to France’s most important aerospace show demonstrates how committed Emirates is to supporting the country’s aviation industry – not just through our day-to-day operations, but through ongoing investments across the entire aerospace supply chain.”

Features for visitors to experience at the Airshow

The demonstration allows guests to experience the renovated Business Class and Premium Economy cabins, as well as the sleek and spacious Economy Class. The audience can see the airline’s new and improved ‘fly better’ experience, which includes more space and storage with extra high ceilings and wider aisles in all classes, a next-generation Business Class cabin with a 1-2-1 seat configuration, the latest generation of in-flight entertainment with a cinematic viewing experience, enhanced cabin lighting, faster Wi-Fi, and improved seat ergonomics.

By the end of the year, the Emirates A350 is planned to service 17 locations. The airline has received seven A350 aircraft, with 58 more expected to join the fleet in the following years.
