easyJet has announced two new routes from Aberdeen International Airport to Barcelona and Mallorca for summer 2027. The services will provide travellers in north-east Scotland more options for holidays in Spain.

easyJet Adds New Routes from Aberdeen to Spain
The Barcelona route will begin operating on March 31, 2027, and will operate twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
This route will become the first and only direct connection between Aberdeen and Barcelona, allowing passengers to reach the Catalan capital more conveniently without having to transfer at other airports in the UK or Europe.
In addition, easyJet will also launch a route from Aberdeen to Mallorca in May 2027. This route will also operate twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Fares for the new routes start at £35.48.

easyJet Expands Its Scottish Route Network
These two Spanish routes follow the launch of easyJet services from Aberdeen to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and Belfast International Airport. The airline has also expanded in other parts of Scotland, including easyJet’s Glasgow-to-Rome route, launched in February 2026.
Jonathan Ford, portfolio manager at AGS Airports, said:
“We’re delighted to see easyJet continue to expand its network from Aberdeen with the introduction of routes to Barcelona and Mallorca. The launch of a direct service to Barcelona is particularly exciting, marking the first time the city has been served directly from Aberdeen and opening up a fantastic new destination for travellers across the north-east of Scotland.”
