Brussels Airlines Welcomes New Chef For Dining

Michelin-Star chef, Glenn Verhasselt, is known for his fine-Belgium cuisine dishes, and with his recent introduction to the team at Brussels Airlines, Verhasselt is set to bring delicious dining to Business Class in 2026.

Passengers flying long-haul with business class will get the experience of sixteenth star-chef’s pioneering flavours. An exclusive menu has been curated for customers, achieving excellent tastes onboard seamless travel.

Inflight Product Manager, Brussels Airlines, Philip Mortier shares:

“Traveling is so much more than going from point A to point B, it is a true experience. We are proud to be able to collaborate once again with a great reference in Belgian gastronomy. His vision and craftsmanship are perfectly in line with our values. With Glenn as our new Star Chef, we continue to show the world the best of Belgium.”

‘Award-winning’ Menus and Wine Selections

With their award-winning wine selection, and their Star Chef program, Brussels Airlines brings Belgian Michelin-star chefs to it’s business customers; both inflight and upon departure.

On intercontinental flights, hand-crafted three-course menus are available for passengers, owning their famous delicacies and dining.

​Chef at Sir Kwinten, Glenn Verhasselt said;

“It is an honor to bring my cuisine to an altitude of 10,000 meters. We have developed dishes that reflect our signature style and are perfectly suited to the unique conditions on board. My goal is to give passengers a taste of Belgian haute cuisine during their journey.”
