Alaska Airlines adds 13 new routes totalling to their most ever

Alaska Airlines adds 13 new destinations to its network including Tulsa, Oklahoma (TUL) and Arcata-Eureka, California (ACV), starting from spring 2026. These non-stop routes will aid the airlines to deepen its connection with these cities and strengthen their position in the market.

San Diego

San Diego is their fastest growing hub with the highest number of nonstop destinations from the Southern California Airport. The airlines link their growth by next spring to the new additions. The airline will fly five nonstop routes from – Dallas-Fort Worth, Oakland, Raleigh-Durham, Santa Barbara and Tulsa. Travellers in Santa Barbara can take a pit stop at San Diego, to continue their journey to locations such as Boston and Honolulu. They will also be offering the highest number of flight operations in a day to Santa Rosa-Sonoma.

The flights schedules are as below:

San Diego – Dallas-Fort Worth April 22 Year-round 2x Daily 737
San Diego – Oakland April 22 Year-round 4x Daily E175
San Diego – Raleigh-Durham April 22 Year-round Daily 737
San Diego – Santa Barbara April 22 Year-round 2x Daily E175
San Diego – Tulsa March 18 Year-round Daily E175

Portland

Alaska Airlines has added four new destinations to its network from Portland, beginning May, 2026. They’ll serve a total of 62 nonstop destinations including Baltimore, Idaho Falls, Philadelphia and St. Louis. Alongside an additional flight to Newark, they have increased their Portland-Līhu‘e (Kaua‘i) service to year-round and increased their daily flights to Santa Rosa-Sonoma to three.

The flights schedules are as below:

Portland – Baltimore May 13 Summer Daily 737
Portland – Idaho Falls, ID May 13 Year-round Daily E175
Portland – Philadelphia May 13 Summer Daily 737
Portland – St. Louis May 13 Summer Daily 737

Hawai‘i and Santa Rosa-Sonoma

Alaska Airlines serves the most airports from California to Hawai‘i than any other airline. The new addition includes a seasonal flight between Honolulu and Hollywood Burbank Airport. This connection takes place after more than 20 years. There have been increase in the number of flights from Los Angeles-Kahului (Maui) to twice daily with an additional seasonal flight, San Francisco-Kona (Hawai‘i Island) and San Francisco-Līhu‘e (Kaua‘i) in June to daily nonstops. By early summer, all the four Hawaiian islands will be connected from San Francisco and operate on a daily basis.

We know that when it comes to wine, it has to be Santa Rosa-Sonoma, California Wine Country. Alaska Airlines will be serving six cities in California from Santa Rosa-Sonoma, including the seasonal service to Palm Springs from October 26.
