After the appointment of a U.S. managing director, Helen Hollis, Luxaviation One, the third-party charter division of Luxaviation Group, is continuing to expand its presence across North America. Through this expansion, the Luxembourg-headquartered company is aiming to build a local team in the region in order to enhance private jet charter, group and cargo services.

What is Luxaviation One?

Luxaviation One, launched in October 2025, provides bespoke private jet, helicopter, and cargo charter services globally.

Summary
What is Luxaviation One?Helen Hollis’ PlanU.S. Presence

The company is headquartered in Luxembourg and has over 1500 employees. They are committing to using 100% Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) for U.S. flights, positioning the company as an eco-conscious industry leader.

It offers global, high-standard, and secure air charter solutions, including time-critical freight and luxury travel, with a focus on personalised, discreet, and flexible logistics.

Luxaviation Group CEO, Patrick Hansen, stated that the U.S. is:

“the largest business aviation market in the world and a multi-billion-dollar industry,”

He added that its “sizeable” investment in the U.S. platform “reflects the scale of that opportunity”.

Helen Hollis’ Plan

The new Managing Director, Helen Hollis, is aiming to strengthen the brand’s market position by focusing on personalised solutions and increasing the team size to support growth within the company.

Through this expansion, Hollis is building a specialised, experienced team in the U.S. to drive growth and provide tailored services, with plans to double the team size from 8 to 16 specialists. Luxaviation Group’s proprietary AI tools will also be utilised to improve speed, precision, and scalability in charter operations.

Helen Hollis stated:

“I am thrilled to join Luxaviation ONE at such an exciting moment in its development. As we expand our US operations, we are strengthening the company’s global charter platform and broadening the solutions we offer our clients. Working alongside our CEO, Romain Alati, and a highly experienced team, our focus will be on delivering flexible, reliable and truly personalised charter solutions across private jet, group passenger and cargo services to meet the evolving needs of our clients in the US and beyond.”

The strategy involves strengthening private jet charters, group passenger flights, and cargo solutions to meet diverse client needs. Recognising the U.S. as a major business aviation market, the expansion focuses on high-quality service, reliability, and security to capture greater market share.

U.S. Presence

Luxaviation One’s expansion into the U.S., aims to boost the U.S. team, strengthen the company’s North American presence, and implement AI tools for improved operational speed and scalability. This is significant as it brings a European-based operator into the world’s largest private aviation market.

This move marks a major shift, transitioning from the largest private aviation operator outside the U.S. to a direct competitor in the world’s biggest market. In order to set them apart from other U.S. charter providers, they will be introducing a “full luxury service layer,” including Luxaviation Experiences and Luxaviation Fine Wines.

This move allows the company to establish a dedicated, high-end, personalised service network (e.g., in Miami and NYC) for clientele, integrating private jet, cargo, and premium travel experiences.
