Festive Feasts For All Classes

For the next week, Emirates has shared the Thanksgiving spirit with each Class through unique gourmet goods. First Class can expect a wide range of fine dining, from creamy celeriac and pear soup with leak julienne to a seafood platter appetiser consisting of poached prawn, smoked salmon, crab cocktail and salmon gravadlax. Main courses will feature Thanksgiving classics such as turkey leg roulade, pecan and cornbread stuffing, or maple-roasted caraway pumpkin, and this three-course meal concludes with a range of seasonal desserts like warm apple fritters or key lime tart.

For Business Class customers, seasonal soups are on offer, followed by lemon zaatar and buttermilk roasted turkey, and key lime tart or cheesecake with strawberry basil confit for dessert. Premium Economy customers can enjoy moreish dishes like festive salads, turkey roulade with all the trimmings, and their choice in dessert between key lime tart or cheesecake. On top of all this delicious goodness, First, Business, and Premium Economy Class can all enjoy a seasonal breakfast of cinnamon pancakes, with blueberry muffins and aromatic cinnamon rolls on offer exclusively for Business Class.

Economy customers flying from the US are also invited to celebrate the Thanksgiving spirit with a welcome drink of festive orange, pomegranate, apple and cinnamon. A choice in salad begins the three-course meal on offer to travellers, followed by roasted chicken, turkey bacon, parsnips, and more. Finally, those flying can choose to finish their meal with a salted caramel milk cake or sticky toffee pudding, as well as a warm Snickerdoodle cookie.
