Plaza Premium Group (PPG), global leader in airport hospitality, inaugurated its Plaza Premium First (PPF) and Plaza Premium Lounge (PPL) at Techo International Airport (KTI) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The Grand Opening
The ceremony was officiated by – Malaysian Ambassador to Cambodia, alongside Dr Lim Lina – Canadia Group Vice Chairperson, Okhna Charles Vann – CEO of Cambodia Airport Investment Co., Ltd. (CAIC), Neak Oknha Ly Kunthai – Chairman & Founder of Alpha Group Co., Ltd., Oknha Tan Khee Meng – President of Malaysian Business Chamber in Cambodia and Datuk Wira Song Hoi-See, Founder & CEO of Plaza Premium Group.
In addition to this, the opening of the Plaza lounge also coincides with a transformative period for Cambodia’s tourism industry. Phnom Penh had over 1.5 million international visitors in the first half of 2025.
Located at the new Techo International Airport, one of the most advanced and eco-efficient aviation gateways in Southeast Asia, designed by Foster + Partners. The lounges are aimed at providing a lasting first impression for travellers visiting the Kingdom.
A Premium Experience
The Plaza lounge at Phnom Penh has launched a 120-seat sanctuary that celebrates Cambodia’s culture and heritage through local cuisine, art and cultural details.
Featuring Beek Lok Lak, Fish Amok, Pursat orange Juice and Koh Kroubey Jasmine Tea, the authentic taste of the Cambodian culture. The Lounge was also appreciated for its art partnership with Cambodian artist Dina Chhan.
