What to expect

Last year, the event was hosted in Amsterdam, where attendees held the festival in high appraisal. Christina Cassotis, CEO of Pittsburgh International Airport, described the festival as:

A wonderful mix of all parts of the industry’s ecosystem, it allows us to discover new ideas, talk to new partners, meet up with existing partners, have great conversations […] an opportunity to look at the system as a whole and see what everyone is doing to try and make it better.

Such spirit and collaboration will be carried forward into the event in Lisbon, with the WAF website boasting over 4,5000 attendees and 600 speakers.

Over the course of the three days, the festival will be hosting insights, innovation and networking across airlines, airports, and top executives in charge of software, services, marketing and distribution.
