Next-Level Travel Experiences Available for Travellers

This strategic partnership was signed by Nabil Sultan, Executive Vice President, Passenger Sales & Country Management for Emirates, and CT Ooi, the VP of Flights Business, from Trip.com. Both parties show high expectations as the scope of the partnership broadens.

Nabil Sultan said:

“The next phase not only strengthens our position to provide more of our products to Trip.com’s customer base, but also unlocks traveller demand for air and hotel packages, enables us to integrate offers across both of our loyalty programmes and tap into a variety of consumer segments with specialised promotions. “

CT Ooi added:

“At Trip.com, we are excited to take our partnership to new heights, integrating a wide range of flight offerings with an expanded portfolio of hotels and travel services. By combining Emirates’ world-class network with Trip.com’s innovative travel ecosystem, we are creating more opportunities for travellers to access exclusive flight and hotel packages, tailored promotions, and enhanced loyalty rewards.”

The expanded partnership introduces increased integration of Emirates offers into Trip.com offerings, paired with hospitality and other offers. Combined loyalty programmes also merge the customer base of the two companies, introducing more choices to travellers while bringing opportunities to both.

This partnership strengthens Emirates’ influence in regional markets and introduces a larger customer base, favourable for the airline’s expansion ambitions.

From enhancing seamless travel experiences to elevating the in-flight experience, Emirates is always progressing and improving. Its expansion into regional markets with continuous partnerships shows a strong dedication to being one of the world’s best flight providers.
