Etihad Airways Loyalty Program Integration with the New Digital Platform

The website now features a left-side menu for easy navigation. The airline’s signature “midnight dune” colour gives the site a fresh and stylish look. New self-service options allow travellers to check in faster, select seats, and add travel extras in just three steps.

Etihad Guest members can now manage their loyalty benefits directly on the website and app. They can view upcoming trips, track miles, and access their virtual membership cards in one place.

Chief Revenue and Commercial Cfficer at Etihad Airways, Arik De said:

In our commitment to delivering an extraordinary customer experience, we’ve completely redesigned the digital experience ensuring that our guests enjoy engaging with us from the very first touch of a screen until reaching their destination and beyond. Furthermore, we’ve made sure our valued Etihad Guest members can enjoy the benefits of a more personalised experience now conveniently in the one app or website.

Leadership Insights on the Upgrade

Etihad’s Chief Digital Officer, Frank Meyer said:

At Etihad, we are constantly evolving and innovating the digital experience in line with customer preferences and industry trends.  In our commitment to innovation and improvement, we will continue to go beyond expectations by delivering a more personalised and seamless online experience for our guests.

The updated mobile app, available on iOS and Android, acts as a digital travel assistant. It provides real-time gate updates, boarding times, and baggage status for a stress-free journey.

Travellers can also book an Abu Dhabi stopover directly through the new platform, with a free two-night hotel stay when flying via Abu Dhabi.

Etihad’s new digital upgrade makes booking, managing and enjoying travel easier than ever. Etihad’s network, together with its codeshare partners, allows people to travel to hundreds of destinations worldwide.
