According to statistics released by the Australian Government’s Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts, Virgin Australia was named the country’s most punctual major airline in December. This success comes with massive passenger numbers, on-time performance, quality planning, and an exceptionally dedicated staff.

Virgin Australia’s domestic flight completion rate was 99.4%, and its on-time performance was 74.7%. Passenger Surge Amid Resilience Measures

In December, Virgin Australia carried over 1.9 million passengers. The airline attributed its success to the dedicated staff, who managed the increased load and maintained excellent service. This effort was key in handling the rise in passenger numbers and ensuring operations continued without a hitch.
