Ryanair-Air Malta Ticket Agreement

Today Low Cost Carrier (LCC) Ryanair announced a new ticket agreement with Air Malta, which will allow Ryanair’s 139 million customers to reserve their Air Malta flights on the Ryanair website.
Today, customers can choose and book Air Malta flights on 21 routes in Malta to 8 different countries in Africa, Asia and Europe, including Russia and Tunisia. Ryanair offers 53 routes to / from Malta and will allow an additioan 2.7 million customers annually.
In Malta, David O’Brien, CCO Ryanair, said: “We are excited to announce this engaging partnership with Air Malta, which will allow our 139 customers to choose and reserve flights on 21 new Malta routes to cities Austria, the Czech Republic, Israel, Morocco, Russia, Switzerland, Tunisia and Ukraine, in addition to over 300 destinations available on the Ryanair.com website, the world’s largest travel portal, which records for 50 million of unique visitors per month.
This partnership is the latest of AGB’s improvements, all because we continue our journey to become an ‘Amazon of Travel.’ Ryanair offers 53 routes to / from Malta, and now our customers can enjoy even more routes, choosing Ryanair as the ideal choice for families, for business and business travel. To celebrate, we sell places from 14.99 € for trips in September – October 2018, which are now available for bookings until midnight on Thursday, August 23rd. Because they will sell quickly but also to miss this special promotion, customers need to hurry and go to www.ryanair.com for reservations. ”
Dr Charles Mangion, President of Air Malta, said: “This agreement is a landmark in which both airlines work together for the good of common customers. In recent years, Air Malta has implemented a number of improvements not only by expanding its multi-frequency destination network but also by changing the product in terms of structure and services on board. This agreement will help Air Malta increase its visibility in other countries and access new revenue streams. We look forward to future collaborations between the two airlines for the benefit of our customers. “
