Malaysia Airlines are now offering their in-flight amenities to those who may be missing their travels with the airline.

What inflight amenities are available to buy from Malaysia Airlines?

Travelers who would usually be up in the air can now get a taste of business class while sitting at home and surfing the web. Malaysia Airlines’s branded Temptations e-retail shop is offering all sorts of goodies usually reserved for premium passengers.

Individuals missing the luxurious treats can buy and indulge in pajama sets, duvets, and even amenity kits, including eye masks, combs, and socks. The items have the airline’s motif and range from $3.70 for snacks to $29 for the limited-edition pajamas. Their staple peanuts are also available for sale and proved to be a best-seller as a signature roasted and salty gift box.

With all items combined, a customer will really feel like they’re on board one of Malaysia Airline’s flights. Unfortunately for international travelers, the delivery service is only available to residents in Malaysia.

Airlines have gone above and beyond to try to give customers their holiday creature comforts while they’re stuck at home. For instance, American Airlines started offering a home delivery service for their award-winning wine, usually only available on the business class in-flight menu. Meanwhile, Ukrainian International Airlines launched a flight over the site of the Chernobyl disaster.

It also gives the airlines the chance to make some extra money while their planes are grounded. All these creative concepts should stay around when travel returns to normal again as they offer a different side to travel. People who may have feared flying can explore a plane and understand how it works, while others can experience a luxury holiday in their own country.

If individuals miss the onboard experience, there are now many opportunities for people to feel like they are up in the air again. What would you like your local airline to start doing? Let us know below.
