Nestled in Emirates’ Terminal 3 Concourse B Business Class Lounge in Dubai International Airport, lies an oasis—the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge. This exclusive lounge celebrates Emirates and Moët Hennessy’s 32-year partnership, offering a world-class champagne and canapé pairing menu curated by Moët & Chandon’s best sommeliers and Emirates’ masterchefs. The stunningly designed golden wave motif and the meticulous use of 2,400 gold leaves throughout the lounge imbue its atmosphere with unparalleled elegance, elevating the pre-flight experience to unprecedented heights.

Champagne Pairings

The menu at the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge is a testament to the combined first-class artistry of the Emirates travel experience and Moët & Chandon’s culinary expertise.

Travellers can begin their tasting journey with the Moët Impérial Brut, a refreshing champagne with notes of citrus and green apple, complemented with four individual seafood-focused dishes including Salmon tiradito, Scallop Tataki, Tuna tartare or Grilled Obsiblue shrimps.

Next, the Moët Rosé Imperial, with its wild red berries and floral bouquet is paired with four light vegetable-focused dishes, from Beetroot moutabel, Fennel-infused spinach and asparagus dip, Beetroot tartare or Basil-infused melon with bocconcini cheese.

The climax of the tasting is Moët’s Grand Vintage 2013, with a seven-year ageing process of complex autumnal notes from grapefruit to wild pear and toasted nuts, paired with four decadent bespoke types of Foie gras: with fresh fig, quince, or mango and passionfruit jam, all sprinkled with Maldon salt and served on toasted brioche.

For dessert, travellers can delight in the Nectar Impérial, a sweeter champagne distinguished by its bursting bouquet of tropical fruit, served alongside four sweet canapés, from Tropical crème, Lemon cream pannacotta, Mango trifle or a rich Blueberry cheesecake.

Passengers can enjoy complimentary access to Moët’s finest champagnes in all Emirates lounges globally, underlining the airline’s devotion to a seamless travel experience. Emirates equally has exclusive rights to iconic vintages including Dom Pérignon and Veuve Clicquot, further distinguishing its effervescent beverages and ultimately ensuring that travellers experience outstanding quality with every sip.

For those seeking a sumptuous escape within Dubai’s busiest airport, the Moët & Chandon Champagne Lounge offers the perfect, exclusive and complimentary experience to unwind and savour the world of premium champagne before take-off.
